5. Product Integrity & Quality

All materials and products supplied to Vero must:

6. Legal Compliance

Suppliers must fully comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to:

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Audit supplier practices to ensure compliance with this Code.
Terminate relationships with suppliers who violate our standards or refuse to address non-compliance in a timely manner.
