  • Unworn & Original Condition: You can return any unworn item in its original condition—including packaging, tags, and accessories—within 30 days of delivery
  • Refund Process: Once we verify that the returned item meets our condition requirements, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear
  • Shipping Costs: Any applicable return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Immediate Assistance: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team right away with photos of the issue.
  • No Questions Asked: We’ll replace the damaged product at no extra cost or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. There’s no need to return the defective pieces

Exclusions

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunds
  • Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons—but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
