What materials do you use?
Every Vero piece is made using premium S925 Sterling Silver or 18K Gold Vermeil—never plated brass or low-quality base metals. We also incorporate ethically sourced freshwater pearls and natural semi-precious stones. All materials are nickel-free and lead-free, ensuring safe, comfortable wear for all skin types.
Will the color fade over time?
Our 18K Gold Vermeil pieces are crafted with a thick layer of gold over sterling silver, designed to maintain their rich tone with proper care.
Sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time, but it can be easily polished to restore its original shine. With mindful care, your Vero jewelry is made to last.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
While S925 Sterling Silver or 18K Gold Vermiel can handle occasional exposure to water, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying skincare. Water and chemicals like chlorine may cause tarnishing over time. To preserve the finish of your vermeil and silver pieces, always dry them gently after any contact with moisture.
How do I care for my Vero jewelry?
- Store Safely: Each order includes a Vero soft pouch—perfect for keeping jewelry protected from dust and scratches.
- Clean Gently: Use a soft, lint-free cloth for regular cleaning. Sterling silver can be polished using a gentle silver cloth.
- Avoid Harsh Substances: Remove jewelry before using bleach, chlorine, or strong chemicals.
What if I need to cancel or update my order?
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once it ships, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
- My item arrived damaged/incorrect, or I haven’t received any emails—help!
- Damaged/Incorrect: Email us right away with a photo or description; we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.
- No Emails? : Check your spam folder, then reach out if you still don’t see a confirmation or shipping update.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons—but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

How long does shipping take?
After a 1–3 day processing period, standard worldwide shipping typically takes 7–21 business days. We provide free shipping on orders over $100 USD, and a $5 flat rate on orders under $100 USD.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Additional options like Shop Pay or Klarna may be available depending on your region.
